1. Agreement

By accessing boolbase.co.uk or any Boolbase product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Boolbase provides marketing information at boolbase.co.uk and software-as-a-service products including BoolCare at care.boolbase.co.uk. The terms of service for each product supplement these general terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Transmit any viruses or malicious code
Scrape or crawl our services without written permission
Resell or sublicense our services without authorisation

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on Boolbase properties are owned by Boolbase or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

5. BoolCare — Healthcare Disclaimer

BoolCare is a software tool designed to assist care professionals. AI-generated content (care plans, risk assessments, reports) is provided for informational purposes only and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified professional before use. Boolbase does not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the qualified professional.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boolbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days’ notice for existing subscribers.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
